Shipping & Delivery

Do you need a mattress or bed right away? Or are you ready to replace a pillow that doesn’t suit you and a duvet that isn’t comfortable enough? NATURIA is here to solve it quickly and reliably.

We take delivery as seriously as the quality of our products. That’s why one of our key advantages is that our best-selling models in standard sizes are available in stock, ready for fast delivery, with clear timeframes, a pre-arranged delivery slot, and no unpleasant surprises.

1) Delivery timeframe

• Most of our best-selling items are kept in stock, so delivery is often possible immediately (in the shortest available timeframe), depending on the pickup/delivery schedule.
• In-stock items: 2–5 business days (the timeframe starts from order confirmation or the first following business day).
• If an item is out of stock: delivery may take 5–30 days, with prior notice to the customer.
• Legal maximum: delivery no later than 30 days from the date the contract is concluded, unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed.

2) Shipping cost (Serbia)

Smaller items (parcels)

• Up to 20,000 RSD: shipping 1,500 RSD (usually by courier; the exact price may be determined by the courier according to their price list).
• Over 20,000 RSD: free shipping.

Mattresses and beds (heavy & bulky items)

• Not shipped via standard courier services.
• Delivery is performed exclusively by NATURIA’s professional team, at a pre-arranged time.
• Free delivery: Belgrade and up to 80 km from Belgrade, for orders over 20,000 RSD.
• Over 80 km: the customer pays only the actual delivery costs; the amount is agreed in advance.

3) Carry-in and assembly

• Carry-in and assembly (if available) must be arranged in advance.
• Carry-in/assembly is performed exclusively by NATURIA installers when the service has been agreed.

4) Old mattress removal (recycling)

• For customers purchasing a new mattress from us, we can arrange old mattress removal for recycling.
• This service must be arranged in advance and is available only when our team delivers the new mattress.
• We aim to offer it without an extra charge, but any potential cost depends on distance and is agreed in advance.

5) Receiving and inspecting the shipment

• The customer (or the designated recipient) must be present at the delivery address stated in the order.
• If the customer is not present and the shipment is returned, the customer may bear the costs of return and/or re-delivery.
• Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, request a written report from the delivery service.

6) Right of withdrawal (distance purchase)

• The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days from sending the withdrawal notice.
• Refunds are issued no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, but may be postponed until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless agreed otherwise). The refund includes the cheapest standard delivery option.
